Can Fogatti Tankless Water Heater Replace Girard Model

Question:

Looking to replace a Girard tankless. Measurements are all perfect 13x13 opening, depth is fine, etc.. Is this basically a plug and play operation? Disconnect water lines and gas, remove old heater, install new, reconnect lines and test? Will the Girard controller work with this are they universal or do I need to remove old controller and rewire the new one? Should be easy enough, but should be easyinch always results in 14 trips to Home Depot :

Hey Kevin, yes the Fogatti InstaShower 9 with Black Door # FG25FR would be as simple of an install as what you mentioned. Each of the connections you mentioned would need to be made and you'd be set. The controller that comes with this would be what you would need to use though as there is no way I could guarantee the Girard one would work. Definitely shouldn't take 14 trips to Home Depot!
