I lost the Torque Allen Key that came with my roof rack TORKEY-L. Can I get a replacement? Thanks.

Based on the info in our system, it looks like you are looking for the wrench to go with the Rhino-Rack 2500 system. For this system, you will want the Replacement Rhino Rack Security Allen Key - Long # SECKEY-L.

I misplaced the long Allen key, part number 15, for my Rhino Rack 2,500 series Euro Crossbar roof rack for my 2012 Toyota Prius c. The roof rack looks to be from 2012. Is there a replacement part for a roof rack this old?

@Bernadette If you're needing just the standard Allen key with the built in security hole then you'll want part # SECKEY-L. If you're wanting the torque-version with the blue handle that straightens out when it's fully torqued then you'll need to call into our customer service department and as for part RR25TP and they can order it for you.
