Hi Eric; thanks for the question and the answer is no, hardware is not included with the Replacement Leg for Rhino-Rack SG Roof Racks for Rain Gutters # RR83FY.
This is a direct replacement for the # RRSG59 and # RRSG60 roof racks, so you would ideally use the hardware you already have with those racks. If you don't have it you can use the Replacement M6 x 40 mm Button Security Screw # RR35XB (sold in quantity of 6), Replacement M6 x 12.5 mm Flat Washers # RR63TB and Replacement M6 Spring Washers # RR73TB (both sold in quantity of 10), along with the Replacement Rhino Rack Security Allen Key # SECKEY-S.
