Removing A Rhino Rack Vortex Roof Rack From A 2003 Honda Accord

I have a 2003 Honda Accord DX and purchased a roof rack system about 2 summers ago and AS ID EXPECT I MISPLACED THE MANUAL!! I only want to dismount it for the winter.... I am trying to use my common sense to visually dissemble or remove AND REMEMBER HOW TO REMOUNT when I need to in the summer! I am looking at pics and there is a blue handled tool that looks familiar and along with that I cant find the manual!!! HELPPPPPP!!!! A regular allen wrench will not work... this looks like I need an allen with a ? hole ? in the end? I think my memory serves me that Rachel worked with me through the purchase and Ive been THRILLED!!! Now Im not so much as I cant take it off!! What a schmuck!!!! If I were to give you my info, could my order history be brought up and me be able to download manual? buy manual.??? purchase any tools needed to remove??? HELPPPPPPPP!!!! :

I've attached the installation details of each for you and have attached some videos as well.
If you need the replacement allen key, the long key is # SECKEY-L and the short key is # SECKEY-S. They are the same tool, just the length is different.
