There is a front mounted hitch that fits your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500, the Curt # C31071. It has a 2" receiver opening, a line pull rating of 9,000 lbs and a vertical load limit of 500 lbs. I've left a link to a video install of this hitch for you to take a look at.
