Looking through reviews and questions I looks like this will most likely fit my truck. Can you confirm fitment for my 2018 GMC Denali Diesel? I have uploaded a pic of my front Lic plate area. Thanks

We do have a front mounted receiver option that would work for your truck, but the Draw-Tite # 65078 isn't a good fit for the Denali trim. The Denali front clip is different than the other trim levels, and in order to install the hitch major surgery would need to be preformed on the front fascia. Major enough that Draw-Tite states that it isn't a fit.
The Curt # C31071 however, is a confirmed fit because the receiver tube is designed to exit below the fascia.
I've provided a photo showing how the hitches appear when installed, plus install details for each so you can see how the Draw-Tite model sits in relation to the front frame members.
