Hi there, I have a snowboard holder on my roof rack. The # on the lock is B203,. How do I get replacement keys? Can I order or do I have to replace the whole lock? Thank you

We do offer both replacement keys and locks for Thule/SportRack products that have locks. Since they are sister companies the same locks and keys work for products from both brands. The code number on the lock is what you will use to select the correct replacement key.

However, the code B203 does not correspond to any Thule lock/key items. I checked directly with Thule and this is not among their known key codes.

It can happen that normal wear can make it hard to see the sometimes-faint stamped impression on the lock core's face. If possible double check the code, the letter in particular.

Your code becomes the last characters added to THKEY _ _ _ _. This will be your correct key. For instance, for lock code N011 the correct key is part # THKEYN011.
