I received the key I order for my Sportrack ski/snow board carrier. The key number is 013. However the key won't be able to insert into the key hole. Could you help me to solve the problem. I have attached photos of the lock.
Key works perfectly on my Thule car rac k.
I needed replacement Y048 keys for a bike carrier made by SportRack and etrailer had them. I received them in Canada in about 5 days at a reasonable cost.
