With the Roadmaster Sterling, part # RM-576, I recommend the MX kit, part # 3154-3, for a base plate kit that fits your 2010 Chevrolet Silverado. The safety cables of the Sterling won't fit with these but you can attach the cables somewhere else on the truck.

The wiring kit to power the truck's lights that I suggest is the diode kit, part # RM-15267. It provides a 6-way connector at the front of the truck and a cord to connect the RV's 7-way to that 6-way.

For a supplemental braking system the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 is a favorite around here because of how reliable it is and it's easier to install than many other permanently installed systems. With a braking system you'll need a Stop Light Switch. If your truck has adjustable pedals use part # RM-751220, if it doesn't have adjustable pedals use part # RM-751421.

Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.

In addition to my recommendations I've linked some articles on flat towing that you may find helpful.
