Question:

Hello, I have lost the original key to the hitch pin lock for my Yakima doubledown bike rack. Its probably about 10 years old. Unfortunately I locked it to the pin just to keep it all together. the bike rack is not currently on the truck. How can I order a replacement key? Thank you!

Since the lock number of your hitch lock is only listed on the side of the lock core, and yours is locked and therefore not accessible, the only solution is to replace what you have with a new hitch bolt and lock.

For that you'd need part # Y8890176 for the hitch pin bolt and part # Y07235 for the lock and keys.

If you somehow did write down the key number we can help but most people in your situation don't.
