Are there any size differences in the two plastic sleeves or the bolt sizes? Both are for a 2 inch receiver hitch. Thanks

You are right, I pulled both the part # Y8890185 and the # Y8780022 from our warehouse and the only difference is the additional flat washer that is in the # Y8890185.
