How to Uninstall the Edge Diesel Evolution CTS3 Performance Tuner

I sold my programmer but it is not working I need to know do you know how to uninstall it Edge evolution CTS two on my Chevrolet Silverado 08

You will need to perform the "factory reset" feature on the Edge Diesel Evolution CTS3 Performance Tuner part # EP69YR in order to reinstall on another vehicle.

In order to reset the tuner back to stock you will need to plug the tuner into your vehicle's OBDII port and allow the tuner to turn on. Then follow these steps.

Step 1: Enter the Quick Link menu

Step 2: Press the Settings icon

Step 3: Scroll through the list and select Factory Reset

Step 4: Press YES

In order to reset your 2008 Chevy Silverado back to stock you will again need to plug the tuner into your vehicle and allow it to power on. Then follow these steps:

1: Go to the Quick Link Menu

2: Click on "Performance Tuning"

3: Select "Level 0"

4: Step 4: Press YES

I sold my other truck so I don’t have it anymore and I want to hook it to my 2019 f150.what do I need to do to get it hooked up to new truck?

If you no longer have the original truck the Edge tuner was installed on then you're going to need to reach out to Edge directly so they can help you get the tuner set up for a new truck. https://edgeproducts.com/

@JonG edge cts2 gas is married to another truck, truck is long gone but still married. Is there a hard reset I can do to be able to marry it to a different truck?

@Kyle Great question! You'll actually still need to reach out to Edge directly as they are the only ones who can do a hard reset like what you're talking about.
