2014 Chrysler 300C v-8 installation? Video shows NO permeant panel removal. What plastic panels are to be removed? Please explain. Is there a accessory mount plate for an external connector?

I checked the install instructions for the Curt hitch part # C13093 that you referenced which is a fit for your 2014 Chrysler 300C and there is no mention of rear fascia trimming or removal so that's not something you would have to worry about.
Now for a trailer wiring mounting bracket the part # 18144 would be a great option to use to hold the 4-way connector of the part # C56145 which is a fit for your vehicle as well. This bracket actually attaches to the rear bumper of the vehicle for mounting.
If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
