I confirmed with my contact at Draw-Tite/Hidden Hitch that the discontinued Hidden Hitch model 87115 was a confirmed fit for the following vehicles:

Ford Econoline Van E100 for 1975 - 1983
Ford Econoline Van E150/250/350 for 1975 - 2002

If you plan to re-install this hitch on a vehicle you will need new hardware since hitch mounting hardware is only intended for one use. It cannot be re-used a second time since it will not hold the torque value. You can use part # RHK for a new hardware kit. Just enter the hitch number 87115 in the space provided and select Hidden Hitch from the drop-down menu and click Add to Cart.
