Troubleshooting Featured Disabled Code With Lippert Ground Control 3.0

Question:

My center jacks will not respond to the touch pad, I get feature disabled code what is up??

There are a few reasons why you may be getting the "feature disabled" code with your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590. If you were trying to initiate hitch recognition, the front of your coach may have been below level; you would need to raise it and then restart auto leveling.

It is also possible the zero point was not set, which you would need to do. The other thing you can do is turn the touch pad off and then on again to reset your system. You can clear the error from your touch pad after it's been resolved by pressing enter, though the error code will still be displayed if the issue has not been resolved.
