Troubleshooting A Feature Disabled Error Code On A Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System

Updated 09/22/2025 | Published 08/02/2022

Question:

I followed the steps and rest the zero stability with all my jacks down, but the middle jacks still won’t come down, when I try and over ride and put the middle jacks down pushing left and right at the same time like I did before, it says feature disabled. I’m stuck there.

The " ***Error*** Feature Disabled " code on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote # LC675817 can be caused by the following things:

1. Front of coach is below level when starting Auto Level process (only when trying to initiate Hitch Recognition). You'll need to raise front of coach above level and restart Auto Level process.

2. Touch pad power not cycled between consecutive leveling operations. You'll need to turn the touch pad off and then back on to reset the system.

3. Zero point not set. Reset the Zero Point Calibration.

I recommend first disconnecting the power to the system for a few minutes to do a hard reset. Sometimes just resetting the power is all it takes to get it functioning correctly.

@Alex Hey, Alex. If nothing works then there could be an issue with the control pad internally. How long have you had the unit for?
