Recommended AC and Heat Pump for Van Conversion to RV

Hi experts, I am converting my 7-passanger van into RV and requires small roof top air-conditioner with heat pump need to cool or heat 400 cuft. of space

For your van, I recommend the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/Vent, Start Capacitor, and Heat Strip Black # ACM135BCH. This unit will cool or heat your space in about 2 minutes and will give you a temperature range of 60-85 degrees. There are 3 speeds for the fan and there is a thermostat included. This will be a great unit for your van/RV. This is the only non-ducted unit we currently carry that has the heat pump. I've attached a video of this unit for you.

We do perform installs on site here at our Wentzville, MO campus, but unfortunately don't have any specific contacts in Alabama. Your best bet for this type of install would be a local trailer shop/dealer that has a mechanic department. Approximate cost would just depend on their labor rates, but you could bring along the install manual (attached on the product page) and they should be able to give you a pretty accurate estimate based on those details before you drop off the van.
