  For mounting a clearance light I recommend using a few self tapping screws. Preferably a # 10 or # 8 screw like the # 101131802. You will also want some butyl tape # QR59FR, to weatherproof the screw holes. Hardware for these is basically generic and it really comes down to what surface you are mounting to.   I have a potential solution for you, but there is no gasket made specifically for the Optronics LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light # MCL44RB1. You could potentially use the Foam Gasket for MC32 Series Lights # A32GB. The MCL32 series measures 4" x 2" instead of the 4" x 1-1/2" that your MCL44 series measures.
