This rectangular amber light uses six LEDs that shine brighter and last far longer than old incandescent bulbs. At 12.8V it only draws 0.040 amps, so it’s easy on your electrical system while delivering clear, consistent visibility. There are no filaments to break and no bulbs to replace—just a clean, efficient beam every time you power it on.
You don’t need a separate reflector with this light. The built-in reflex reflector is molded right into the acrylic lens, keeping things simple while still meeting visibility needs. It reduces clutter and extra mounting, giving you both illumination and reflection in one compact 4" x 1-1/2" housing.
Wiring doesn’t get much easier than this. The single wire coming from the back is for power, while the light grounds through its mounting hardware—no separate ground wire needed. Just mount it to a clean, grounded metal surface using standard hardware spaced 3" apart (hardware not included), and you’re good to go.
Made with a sturdy ABS housing and acrylic lens, this light holds up well against vibration and weather exposure. It’s designed for surface mounting and stays sealed at the back where the power wire connects. The solid build means fewer failures and steady performance over time.
The P2 rating means this light projects a focused 45-degree beam to either side for a total of 90 degrees of coverage—perfect for use as a clearance or side marker light when properly mounted. Exact replacement bulbs for the clearance lights on my horse trailer, speedy delivery even tho I chose the standard shipping.
Good fit, east install. This is a good quality light. Finally, after 15 years of owning this trailer, ALL my clearance lights WORK! LED's provide good visibility and should last much longer than incandescent bulbs.

Placed my order on a Sunday when I discovered I had a few marker lights not working on the trailer. We were to leave on the following Friday for a trip to Colorado from Georgia so I had a 2 day rush shipment. I was very surprised when I got an email later that day that said my lights had been packaged and shipped and had the tracking number. I received the parts on Tuesday 2 days later just as expected. The lights arrived and the installation was very easy, most of the lights i ordered we're plug and play. The LED lights make a big difference on seeing the trailer at night
Overall a nice product; however, one was DOA (etrailer customer service took care of that easily); lens is easy to crack so be super careful when opening it to install. They aren't as bright as some I've seen on Amazon for a lower price but wasn't sure of the quality. I can count on etrailer.com to stand behind their product.

These were very easy to install. They look great lit up. Lots of clear, obvious light. They have been very reliable. Good product!
I think, if I remember correctly, that I popped the lens off and pulled out the ground wire and made a ground connection back to the ground circuit inside my trailer. It was a few extra steps but I never have to worry about a direct ground to the trailer going bad (which plagued my old trailer light setup).
Outstanding product. Very easy to mount. No more worries if my trailer lights are going to light at the beginning of Spring. No more stocking up of light bulbs. Now hook up and roll.

How to order marker tail light lenses for my trailer. When they arrived I discovered I had ordered the wrong one I called and they were very helpful in returning them. And help me find the right ones. Received them in a timely matter. They were the right size and easy to install.

These 1 wire self-grounding lights from Optronics are exactly what I was needed to match up with original lights on my enclosed car trailer. These lights were a breeze to install, the led's are bright and I am very happy with this product and Etrailer !!!!

I bought both this and the red colored lights.
Product is very easy to install. It serves its purpose by being bright enough as a marker/clearance light without being obnoxiously bright.
My only negative comment is the packaging. I bought 4 lights and it was packaged with a crumpled packaging paper on the bottom of the box and all 4 lights was just placed on top of it. I think the lights should have been individually wrapped as there were some light scratches on all the lights when I opened the box. Not really a concern of mine as nobody will ever see the scratch unless looked on very, very closely, but people with major OCD might not like it at all.

Still works.. Only thing I forgot to mention in my 1st review. The entire light assembly is not sealed. The led circuit board is sealed with some sort of hot glueclear silicone but not the whole assembly. I decided to seal the entire assembly with clear silicone can be bought at any hardware store to prevent the inside of the reflector housing from becoming discolored.
We replaced our old lights on our 1995 Silverado horse trailer with these new LED lights. Wow! what a nice upgrade. So much brighter. Thank you!

The are working great and are bright at night. I bought two more lights just like them to add to my trailer
These lights arrived very quickly and were easy to install.
I have some pictures for you to share at etrailer so you can see where all of my lights went to. Just to let you know and at the present time I'm working up another order for another 8 lights and that will be a total of 56 lights that I have put on the truck. Thanks for the great service.

One year later & 13k miles the Clearance Lights are still working Great! HOWEVER, the entry light started flickering in August. Not so happy with that. Have my eye on another one should/when this one dies.
Well I'll tell you the lights work finally. The old lights had a one wire system and were grounded internally so I didn't have to mess with a ground. After speaking with several people from etrailers I was told several times these are one wire units. These have a black wire coming out of the back and a loose white ground wire inside the housing which you will have to ground with your own mounting hardware. Honestly for the price I paid for these I could have gotten 3 sets of 4 off (another site) that work the exact same way. Customer service was good they were nice but mis informed me...and for the price of these and me being able to get basically the same thing off (another site) I wish I would have just gone that route..
