To use the Roadmaster Bulb and Socket kit you referenced, part # RM-155-2, you'll need to drill a 1 inch diameter hole in the rear of your taillight assemblies. You'll want to make sure you have at least 2-1/2 inches of available depth, because if the bulb is too close to the inside of the lens, the lens could melt.
The full kit that includes the connectors and wire is part # RM-155.
