1996 Terry 5th Wheel Landing Gear Replacement

Question:
I recently bought a 5th wheel camper,my 1st ever 5th wheel The landing gear does not work. I took them out and disassembled them and found a stripped gear in the one with the motor. I am wanting to replace the entire landing gear with a new electric set.I have noidea what bran the existing set it, I cant find anythuig on it. The distance between the brackets is 11.5 inches, thats from the bottom of the top bracket to the top of the bottom bracket.

The distance you mentioned between your landing gear weld stops is not a standard distance so while we can help you get a new set that will fit, you will have to have the brackets on the trailer frame moved to accommodate the new landing gear.
The # LG-3 that you referenced would be a great solution as it has a motor which will make raising and lowering the jacks much easier than using a manual crank. This comes with a manual crank too though in case of a situation where you lose power to the jack.
