Question:
I notice that the kit does not contain a "tee" fitting for the air hose. If I order the kit I will need that fitting.

Trailer suspension uses different components for the air systems than the frame mounted suspension you are looking at. For your tandem axle Keystone Montana, I recommend the Lippert Components Trailair by Center Point Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade - Tandem Axle # LC1565391 which will give you adjustable air pressure in the form of an equalizer for your leaf springs. If you want a trailer with air suspension, this is the way to go with adjustable air springs that can use manual valves or be connected to a compressor system like the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980. This will give you an air ride comparable to the systems used on semi trailers for a smooth ride.
If you are interested in a more rubber mounted suspension enhancement, I recommend the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers - Double Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 3K to 6K # LC279687 or the E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System by Dexter Axle - 5-5/8" Equalizers # K71-652-00 that also have the wet bolt shackle straps for smoother function. These will offer more shock absorption than standard systems but are not adjustable like the air system.
For smooth movement of your components to allow best function, you may want to consider the Never Fail Tandem Axle Suspension Upgrade Hardware Kit for Double Eye Springs # LC281285. This will give you the self-lubricating and maintenance-free shackle straps, bushings, nuts and bolts.

What I need is one set of air bags for the rear axle only. I understand that there is no kit for my Montana 5th wheel, therefore I am looking for the best fit based on the measurements provided (see attached pic).
