Question:
The instructions show the bracket for the air bag fitting over the bump stop bracket, but as you can see in the picture, I have a 2” block underneath the bump stop bracket. It would appear that I would have to put the 2” block on top of the bump stop bracket and then purchase your 2” spacer kit. Am I correct?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Installing the # F2703 on your 2012 F-250 will require moving the block in your picture. However, I'm not sure if it can be moved to the top of the jounce stop since we don't have any information on it and neither did Firestone. I recommend checking with the manufacturer before attempting to move it to the top. The other option is to completely remove it.
If you are able to swap it with the jounce stop you can measure to see if a spacer will be required. You will need to measure the distance between the upper and lower bracket as seen in the picture below. If the distances is 6.5-7.5" you need # F2536, 7.5-8.5" you need # F2366, and 8.5-9.5" you need # F2367.
