Could Access Toolbox # 834532001859 Fit with Low Profile Tool Box

Question:

I have a 2017 Ram 2500 8foot bed with a low profile tool box. Will I be able to access the release handles on the tool box with this cover installed? There appears to be a gap between the box and the cover that would allow access but all of the photos show standard profile boxes so it is hard to tell.

If you check out the picture I attached you'll see how tight the part # 834532001859 installs to a tool box and it's relation to the bed rail height. You should be able to tell from that if your latches would be accessible. If the latches are below the bed rail height then most likely no.
