Replacement Nerf Bar Step Pad 18" Long x 4" Wide

Question:
I am looking for a replacement pad on my 4 oval tube step. Pad measures: 18 3/4 inch long 4 1/4 inch across measured from underside 5 pins: 1st 3/4 on center, 2nd pin 4 5/8 on center, 3rd pin 9 on center, 14 1/8 on center, and 5th pin 18 on center pins where measured let to right Thanks in advance

Step pads are not universal items and are also brand specific. I may have an option for your 2013 Ram 3500 but none of our replacement step pads match the exact peg spacing you provided. For a replacement step pad with similar measurements, the Replacement Step Pad for Westin Oval Tube Steps part # 22-5002 would be your best option. The step pad is 18" long x 4" wide. The peg spacing is listed on the picture I have attached for you. As long as your peg spacing matches these measurements then it will work for you.
If you can tell me what brand step bars you have then I can do additional research.
