Will the curt hitch fit a 2016 Ram 2500 with the Diesel engine, the intercooler sits low in the front

For a 2016 Ram 2500 the correct Curt front hitch is the part # C31015 and not the part # C31067 that you referenced. I checked with Curt for this hitch and there are no fit exclusions for the diesel engine models.
This hangs below the front air dam which allows it to not interfere with the intercooler.
