Need backing plate and brake assembly and drums for Dexter Axle P-11 model SLR SND 4904000, Shackle kit for duel axle and triangle.

I reached out to my contact at Dexter and based on the information you gave, they said is it a spring axle with a 3500 lb capacity.

Based on that, I recommend the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # 23-468-469 which comes with the backing plate and the 4 bolt mounting pattern.

For your drum assemblies, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3-EZ if your wheels have lugs or the # 84546UC3-EZ if they have 6 lugs.

For your suspension system, I recommend the Dexter Heavy-Duty Tandem-Axle Trailer Suspension Kit for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs # K71-449-00 which will give you the shackles and equalizers you need for your tandem axle system.
