I was looking at the 5000 series an i came across a video on the 7500xl and i was wondering if it would fit my 2002 Chevy Silverado LT crew with a duramax diesel 6.6 all original 84500 original miles dual exhaust only custom

The 7500XL series you mentioned only fits the 2500HD models of the 2002 Silverado. That has to be what you have since you have the Duramax Diesel engine. So the part # AL57575 will fit your truck and work well.

The way these install shouldn't be a problem at all with custom exhaust.
