Hey Gene, thanks for reaching out!
For your application I recommend going with the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57575 because they offer a higher weight rating at 7,500 lbs so they will have to work less for the constant load on your 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500. These also have an internal jounce bumper so that in the event the unthinkable happens (the air bag fails) you aren't left high and dry.
As is, this kit is manually adjustable via valve stems, but if you also install the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ you'll be able to easily adjust each air bag individually whenever needed. This comes with a Bluetooth remote so you can actually stand outside your truck and level it instead of having to sit inside and look at a gauge like you would with a more traditional air bag kit.

Hey Gene, how did the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL springs work out on your Silverado 2500 with all that extra weight? It’d be great to hear if they helped level things out and improved the ride. Your update could make it easier for others with heavy utility setups.
