Recommended Disc Brake Components For Demco Kar Kaddy Tow Dolly

want to change my demo kar kaddy brakes from drum to disc. I am looking at the kodiak kit k2r35D and the demo actuator DM62VR. Will they work and what is the diameter of the center hole of the rotor. Also what brake lines will I need for the caliper to the frame thank you

For your Demco Kar Kaddy, the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout - Disc - Zinc - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs # DM62VR will work great. The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2 - Dacromet - 3,500 lbs # K2R35D will not work well with the brake flange so you will want to upgrade the flange to the # 4-35 since the Kar Kaddy has a unique flange instead of the standard. The idler hubs # DM04369 will work well without any modifications. Then you will just need brake lines like the Demco Hydraulic Brake Line Kit for Single Torsion Axle Trailers - Drum or Disc Brakes # DM5424.
