Difference Between Curt Hitch C11474 and C11072 for 2006 Volkswagen Jetta

Hello, Im needing a hitch within the next week for my 06 VW Jetta 2.0T non diesel and am interested in Curt. Could you tell me what the differences are between C11072 and C11474? Thank you,

They basically are the same. The part # C11474 is replacing the part # C11474. Basically they made the new hitch with some minor tweaks to allow it to fit the older and newer models. Either will work great for your 2006 Volkswagen Jetta non-diesel.
