We offer the Curt # C11474 for your vehicle or the EcoHitch # 306-X7284 if you have an older hitch we can check your orders or get information from the tag on your hitch. Depending on which hitch you have will indicate which "Hitch Item Number" you will place in the box on the Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK product page. Then simply purchase the kit and we will ship it to you.

It's possible that you have an older Hidden Hitch Brand trailer hitch on your SportWagen, the correct part number for this item is 60283. The Reese brand part number is 77249. The Draw-Tite was 24866.
