Question:

Considering V2110sp-27 roof vent for my cargo trailer. Is there a shallower shroud for cleaner installation. 1-1/4 is max before it sticks out below roof tubing

It sounds like you want a trailer roof vent interior garnish (or trim) ring that is shallower. We do offer these in many depths for standard 14 x 14-inch roof vents but they can also be trimmed down with a utility knife to give you the right depth for your application. The linked page displays all vent garnish rings; the shallowest of these has a 1-1/8-inch leg depth, part # VA0445-25
