Replacement Screen for Dutchman Express with Ventadome Roof Vent

Question:
I need 2 screens measuring 14” x 14”. With a 3 inch distance for the handle hole. 1 of them is for the bathroom and needs to have a rocker switch assembly. The Motorhome is a 2007 Dutchman Express.
