We are wanting to make sure we pick the correct trailer wiring harness. 2001 Toyota Tundra - current plug for harness is a 6 point connection - can provide pictures if needed. Which part do you recommend we purchase?

For your 2001 Toyota Tundra, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118378. This T-One connector will plug directly into the port located under the vehicle, which is referenced in the picture that you sent. This will provide a 4-Way connector to hook up with your trailer and activate its rear signal lights.
I have also attached an installation video on your 2001 Toyota Tundra that you can use for reference.
