2014 Keystone Montana Mountain 5th wheeler Looking to hook up two black water discharge drains into a 4inch PVC pipe. Do you have anything that works from trailer to PVC pipe that goes into permanent sewage in the ground?

To connect your RV to a 4 inch PVC pipe, I recommend the EZ Coupler 4-in-1 Threaded RV Sewer Adapter with 90-Degree Elbow Fitting - Clear # F02-3112CL. This adapter will transition from the standard 3 inch RV black water connections to the threaded 4 inch PVC.
For your 3 inch connections, you may be interested in the Camco RV Sewer Hose Straight Adapters w/ Bayonet and Lug Fittings and Clamps # CAM39543. To get your two lines into one, you may want the RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose "Y" Fitting # CAM39812 or Camco RV Sewer Hose "Y" Fitting # CAM39272.
For your valves, you may want the RV Sanitation Tee with Double Rotating Valve - 3" Hub x 1-1/2" Hub x 3" Bayonet Cap # T18. Since you are looking at two black water drains, you may even be interested in the Valterra EZ Valve Electric Waste Valve - 3" Hub x Hub x Bayonet - Double Rotating Flange # E84-8 or the manual Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve - 3" Spigot x 3" Spigot x 3" Bayonet Cap # T84B.
