The bolts included with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13240 referenced in your question are M10-1.25 x 30 inch hex bolts.

If you are just needing the replacement hardware for the trailer hitch, you will use part # RHK. Once on the product page, you will simply type the part number (C13240) into the "Hitch Item Number" box and select the manufacturer. We will then assemble the correct replacement hardware kit needed to install the hitch.

This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver opening that is confirmed to fit your 2017 Hyundai Tucson. I have attached an installation video on this vehicle for you to check out.
