The Let's Go Aero NEO2 2-Bike Rack # B01748 referenced in your question has a total weight capacity of 80 pounds, or 40 pounds per bike. I cannot recommend loading a single 80 pound e-bike like yours onto this bike rack, as the individual cradles are not designed to support this kind of weight.
I instead recommend looking at the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR. This platform-style carrier is specifically designed for heavy e-bikes and can hold 2 bikes of up to 80 pounds each, or 160 pounds total. The adjustable wheel mounts will accept a variety of wheel sizes and wheelbases and the rack can be tilted down, with the bikes still loaded, for easy rear cargo access on your vehicle. A bike and hitch lock are also included to secure your bikes to the rack and the rack to your vehicle. The carrier is compatible with 2 inch trailer hitch receivers.
I have attached the installation details on this product for you to check out.
