If your 2006 Lexus RX 330 has factory installed rails that run front to back, I recommend the Rhino Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack, which consists of # RRVA118B-2 for the 46 inch aero crossbars and # RRSX100 for the crossbar legs. This will provide a sleek, low-profile roof rack with a weight capacity of 165 pounds.

If the roof on your Lexus RX 330 has no existing rails or crossbars, you will instead want the Inno Aero Bar Roof Rack with parts # INXB130-2, # INXS250 and # INK789.

Then to secure your two kayaks to the roof rack on your Lexus, I recommend looking at the Thule Stacker Kayak Carrier System # TH830. This is a post-style mount that will carry your kayaks on edge. The system includes heavy duty straps with padded cam buckles to secure the kayaks to the post and bow/stern-tie-down straps to anchor the boat to the vehicle frame or bumper.
