Absolutely! What you need is a 7-Way to 4-Way adapter. We have several options; the most basic of which is # PK12716. It plugs into the 7-Way on your 2016 Chevy Suburban and of the other end of the adapter you can plug in a 4-Way trailer connector. I have linked a video showing how it works. I have also included a link to all of the 7- to 4-Way adapters that we have.
