Workhorse is not affiliated with Ford though they were at one time related to GM and are now part of AMP. Regardless of who controls the Workhorse chassis division there are only universal type trailer hitches for them but no custom ones.
The most versatile RV hitch is # 13703 which fits frame widths from 22 inches to 72 inches outside to outside. It fits box, C-channel, and I-Beam frames and it can be bolted or welded on (welding should be done by a professional welder).
If you are looking for something more heavy duty you would need to look at weld-on truck hitches. I have included links to the RV hitches and weld-on truck hitches for you. The amount of space needed from the frame to the receiver tube is not all that critical for weld-on applications since that can be adjusted by positioning the hitch higher or lower prior to welding it on.
