Can I Use a Torklift Supertruss Without Using a TorkLift SuperHitch

Can I use the Supertruss hitch extender with a curt commercial 20k hitch? the spacing is different between the stock receiver and the curt 2.5” receiver is slightly different than the torklift receiver. I attached a picture of my setup. I can weld also to adjust the Supertruss to fit.

Hey, Daniel!
The TorkLift SuperTruss hitch extension's, like part # TLE1528, can only be used with the TorkLift SuperHitch. For your 2005 Dodge Ram Pickup you would need to pick up part # TLD1102 (if you have a 2500 and 3500 with a factory hitch) or part # TLD1101 (if you have a 2500 and 3500 without a factory hitch).
We can't encourage or advise on modifying any of the parts that we sell. Any modifications would void any warranty in case of failure.
