You didn't say how heavy the dirt bike is but that will likely be an issue. The available trailer hitch receiver for your 2010 Volkswagen Jetta is the Curt # C11474. The Curt # C11474 is a Class I hitch with a maximum tongue weight of 200 pounds. You'll also need to check the tongue weight capacity of the Jetta which could be lower. You're limited by the lowest rated component of the setup.
If you do have enough tongue weight to carry the bike, you'll also need a carrier. Keep in mind the carrier's weight will also need to be taken into consideration. I recommend using the Curt # C18110 which is only 30 pounds. It also has tie-down points along the sides to help secure the bike.
More than likely you don't have the capacity to carry the bike on a hitch carrier but instead you can use a trailer. You can use the same Draw-Tite hitch receiver I mentioned along with Ball Mount # 3593 and Hitch Ball # 19258.
Then for a wiring harness to power the trailer's lights use # 118667.
