You indicate that the ratcheting frame hooks can be locked by using padlocks with a 3/16 inch shackle, like part # 131D. This seems to require a shank with a longer neck that what this padlock has. What would be the next size to consider and do you sell same?

The Master Lock Covered, Solid Body Padlock # 131D that you referenced will fit perfectly to lock the ratcheting arms on the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack # S64663. If you watch the video I attached and skip to the 1:28 mark you can see where our installer shows where the padlocks will be used.
