Thanks for your question, Frank.
Yes! You can use the Swagman Traveler XC2 Bike Rack # S64663 with the ShakeStopper Heavy Duty 2" Hitch Receiver for 4" RV Bumpers # MNT72VR. You don't have to use the bumper-mounted hitch that comes with the Swagman rack, since it's compatible with any 2" hitch receiver.
One nice thing about going this route is that if you have a 2" hitch on one of your vehicles, you can use the same bike rack there as well when you're not out adventuring with your camper.
What kind of bikes do you have?

I love this bike rack. Installed on the back of our Cedar Creek 42’ 5th wheel. We are in Kansas and it went without issues to South Padre Island. Now it sets on the front of our 3500 dually Ram. For another trip to south Texas. Works great.

I love this bike rack. I cant use it on my RV because the 2" receiver is too far recessed under the trailer. I would use the shake stopper if I had a bumper. I see eTrailer now has a compatibility tool to be sure you get the right accessories for your trailer.
