good morning, if I were to use this part, along with one of the heavy hauler bumpers, would this be able to hold a 2 ebike rack? Im having a very hard time finding a solution to this combination, every hitch receiver you have will still require heavy modification to the old 4 inch square bumper currently on the 5th wheel 2007 keystone cougar 276rls . I would also have to get the frame brackets from heavy hauler as well.

Hi George,
Most OEM bumpers are typically 4" x 4" so you could just go with the the # MNT72VR instead and add on the Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Universal RV Bumper Support Brackets # MO34VR to increase the capacity of the OEM bumper to 400lbs. If that's not what you're wanting to do then yes, you could install both the ShakeStopper # MNT82VR and one of the 5.3" Heavy Haul'r bumpers to increase your capacity to haul some e-bikes:
Mill Finish # MNT88VR
Brushed Finish # MNT33VR
Glossy Black # MNT63VR
That being said, the suspension of a trailer, especially a 5th wheel, isn't anywhere near as soft as that of your vehicle and because of this manufacturers list whether or not their bike racks are rated for use on certain vehicles and trailers. It can be too rough for some bike racks and cause them to break down while towing and then you've lost your bikes on the road.
I highly recommend checking the specifications of your bike rack and if not you can check out the link below to the four bike racks we offer that are rated for use on a 5th wheel and have e-bike weight capacities.
