Many thanks Jason for your reply. I actually have the Swagman XTC2 2-bike platform rack, 64670, not the XC 2 model. Does your answer still apply to the XTC2 model?

For your Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76177 and Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack # S64650 the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 2" Shanks # S64030 is not a fit. You will instead want the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 1-1/4" & Combo Shanks # S64031 which is a confirmed fit.
If you have the similar Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches or RV Bumpers # S64663 then the 2 inch shank of the bike rack is compatible with the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 2" Shanks # S64030.
