We don't have any fit info for a 2018 Q5 (as of 5-2017, but see below for updated hitch info!). As soon as we do though it will be on our site as we are pretty good at getting the fit info up quick.

Yes! We actually now have 3 different hitches available the Curt # C13136, the etrailer # e57AR, and the Stealth # 391AUDQ509 that are a confirmed as a fit for your 2017 Audi Q5! The Curt # C13136 and the etrailer # e57AR are very similar. They both have a tongue weight capacity of 750 pounds and a towing capacity of 5000 pounds. They both have visible crosstubes. The Stealth hitch is a hidden hitch with a 600 pound tongue weight to be used for accessories like bike racks or cargo carriers but this hitch cannot be used for towing at all. WI attached the install video of the Curt part # C13136 on a 2017 Q5 and we found that it fit and worked well. All three of these hitches take a while to install and have a difficulty level of 10 out of 10.
