Can Camco Power Grip RV Power Maximizer be Plugged into a Generator

Question:
Do you know if item number CAM55025 will work if plugged into a portable generator. The generator does have reset buttons on it if the breaker trips? My generator has a 30 amp twist connector and 2 - 15 amp outlets.
