I am interested in purchasing a reese RP66130 hitch. my truck has a 2.5inch hitch. what is a compatable shank?

I suggest using the Reese Titan Shank # RP54977 with the Reese Stait-Line # RP66130.
It provides up to 5-3/4 inches of drop or 8-1/4 inches of rise and fit your 2-1/2 inch receiver.
Also for a hitch ball you can use # C40030.
